Laurel was introduced to the insurance industry in 2010 and started working at Evolution Strategies in 2013 shortly after meeting Founder and President Darrell Ert.

Having spent 25 years working in client services, Laurel finds caring for her clients to be the most rewarding part of her career. Her passion is in building lasting relationships and guiding Evolution Strategies clients through each step of a strategic and customized process.

Laurel’s values of Loyalty, Persistence, and Respect guide her daily. When she’s not working with clients, she loves to explore Vancouver’s seawall with her husband, spend time with family, and volunteer as a board member with the Rainbow Foundation of Hope.
